Pennington County Search and Rescue is a non-profit, professional, all volunteer team dedicated to saving lives. Team members are highly trained in search and rescue, vehicle extrication, vertical rescue, trench rescue, water rescue, fire and dive support support, mass casualty, and communications. The Pennington County Search and Rescue team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide emergency assistance to Rapid City, South Dakota and the surrounding community.
